No, we don't believe so. Each person is good at heart and circumstances make him or her corrupt. Through this initiative we hope to make a platform available to support those who would like to own up to earlier acts and be willing to face the legal consequences thereof. The support could be in the form of mental conditioning, advise on avoiding confrontation and reprisals from earlier connections etc.
